Head of the Department of Law Participates in the Defense of a Doctoral Dissertation at the University of Mosul

Assistant Professor Dr. Bashar Rashid Hussein, Head of the Department of Law at the College of Law and Political Science, served as a member of the PhD dissertation defense committee on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, for the dissertation submitted by Safar Yousif Salim, entitled: The Legal Acts of Public Administration under Globalization: A Comparative Study The defense was held at the College of Law, University of Mosul.

The dissertation addressed an important legal topic that keeps pace with contemporary developments and the impact of globalization on the legal acts of public administration. Through a comparative study, it aimed to examine the legal and regulatory dimensions of this subject, while highlighting the most significant challenges and emerging trends associated with it.

This scholarly participation reflects the College of Law and Political Science’s commitment to strengthening its academic and scientific presence and contributing to the discussion of research and postgraduate studies in a manner that supports the advancement of scientific research and fosters cooperation among Iraqi academic institutions.
