On Wednesday, 15/10/2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Bashar Rasheed Hussein, Assistant Dean of the College of Law and Political Sciences for Scientific Affairs at Alnoor University, participated as a member of the examination committee for the master’s student Delan Ramadan Saad Allah on his thesis submitted to the College of Law at the University of Duhok, entitled: “The Legal System of Administrative Licensing in the Field of Investment – The Residential Project License as a Model
Dr. Bashar Rasheed’s contribution came within the framework of scientific cooperation and the exchange of academic expertise between Iraqi universities, and in support of the advancement of scientific research and the development of postgraduate legal studies.
