A scientific seminar on legal liability in electronic transactions at the Faculty of Law Alnoor University

The Faculty of Law at Alnoor University organized a scientific seminar on the morning of Saturday, 2025/11/1, entitled “Legal Responsibility for Breaching Electronic Transactions.” It was supervised by Dr. Fares Ahmed Ismail, a faculty member at the college, with the participation of two specialized researchers in the field. The seminar began with a lecture by Professor Dr. Mustafa Natiq, a faculty member at the College of Law, University of Mosul, in which he discussed the concept of electronic transactions. This was followed by a lecture by faculty member Asghar Abdul Razzaq, who addressed criminal liability for breaching electronic transactions
The seminar witnessed extensive interaction from the attendees, during which many scientific discussions were raised regarding ways to develop legal legislations to keep pace with digital advancements in modern transactions.
