In the presence of Dr. Bashar Mahmoud Ali, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Alnoor University, and as part of the Creativity and Entrepreneurship Week held at the university, the Department of Law in the College of Law and Political Science organized a scientific lecture on Sunday morning on the topic of (Regulation of Legal Transactions) The lecture was delivered by the notaries Ashraf Nizar Khattab and Zakaria Jamal Ahmed, who reviewed the mechanisms for certifying powers of attorney and legal notices, their different types, and explained the most important procedures followed in their organization, as well as their role in preserving rights and documenting legal transactions. The lecture was attended by a number of faculty members and students of the department, and it included scientific discussions that contributed to enhancing students’ practical legal knowledge and linking the theoretical aspect with practical application in judicial and notarial offices.
