The College of Law and Political Science at Alnoor University is organizing a training course on litigation procedures

In the presence of Professor Dr. Yasin Taha Alhajjar, President of Alnoor University, and Dr. Bashar Mahmoud Ali, Chairman of the University’s Board of Directors, the Department of Law at the College of Law and Political Science, Al-Noor University, held a specialized training course on Sunday, 19 April 2026, entitled “Litigation Procedures in the Personal Status Court,” under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Dr. Ahmed Mustafa. The course included academic lectures delivered by Judge Saad Wad Allah Naif Alnuaimi, along with Dr. Fares Ahmed Ismail, Dr. Rana Saad Shaker, and Dr. Bashar Rasheed, who are faculty members at the college. The lectures addressed the legal and procedural aspects related to the progress of litigation in the Personal Status Court, starting from filing the case up to the issuance of the judgment. The course was attended by the administrative assistant to the University President, the scientific advisor, and a distinguished group of students and interested participants. It aimed to enhance their practical legal knowledge and to link theoretical aspects with real-life court practice.
