The College of Law at Alnoor University is holding a training course in administrative investigation

The Legal Clinic Unit at the Faculty of Law, Alnoor University, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit at the faculty, held a training course entitled (Administrative Investigation) on the morning of Sunday, October 19, 2025
The course is supervised by Professor Dr. Hassan Mohamed Ali Albanan, a faculty member at the College of Law, who delivered the first lecture, in which he addressed the concept of administrative investigation and its importance in ensuring professional integrity and the proper functioning of institutions
The course program included a variety of lectures; Dr. Hussam Mohsen spoke about the competent authority for referral, while Dr. Bashar Rasheed Hussein, Assistant Dean of the College, addressed the means of administrative investigation, and the course concluded with a lecture by Dr. Walid Amin on the substantive guarantees that ensure the fairness of procedures
This course aims to promote a culture of administrative and legal compliance among the participants and to develop their skills in conducting investigations according to proper legal procedures.
