A New Book Authored by a Faculty Member from the College of Law at Alnoor University

Authored by Asst. Prof. Dr. Faris Ahmed Al-Dulaimi , a faculty member in the ,College of Law Alnoor University, the book titled: “Selected Rulings of the Nineveh Court of Appeal in Its Cassation Capacity” has been published. The book includes decisions issued by the Court of Appeal in the civil section during the years 2023–2024. The first edition of the book consists of 279 pages, in large format, and it was printed by Nergal Press.
