The Dean of the College of Law and Political Science at Alnoor University participates in the discussion of a PhD dissertation of a student at Tikrit University

Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Mustafa Ali, Dean of the College of Law and Political Science at Alnoor University, participated on the morning of Tuesday, 17/2/2026, as a member of the doctoral dissertation defense committee in the College of Law at Tikrit University for the PhD student Jamil Abdullah Abdul-Fattah. His dissertation was titled (The Role of United Nations Teams in Criminal Investigation) This participation comes within the framework of scientific and academic cooperation between Iraqi universities, contributing to the support of specialized legal research and the exchange of academic expertise among academic institutions, as well as strengthening the role of postgraduate studies in addressing legal issues with an international dimension. At the end of the discussion, the Dean of the College of Law at Tikrit University presented a letter of thanks and appreciation to Dr. Ahmed Mustafa in recognition of his participation.
