Students of the College of Law and Political Science at Alnoor University continue to qualify for the finals of the International Commercial Arbitration Competition

Under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Law and Political Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Mustafa Ali, and Assistant Lecturer Raed Khalaf Hamo, and with ongoing training provided by international coaches Ahmed Saad and Mohammed Mahdi, the first batch of online oral pleadings sessions in commercial dispute arbitration will take place on Saturday and Sunday as part of the International Commercial Arbitration Competition. The College of Law and Political Science team, consisting of Dalal Qusay Mohammed, Saif Ghassan Dhnoon, and Mayar Salem Hussein, will present the first pleading as the claimant against the University of Seiyun from Yemen. The team’s second pleading will also be in the role of claimant, this time against the University of Carthage from Tunisia. This is a preparatory step toward advancing to the Round of 64 in the competition.
