Publication of a New Book by a University of Alnoor Faculty Member Documenting the Decisions of the Nineveh Court of Appeal’s Cassation Panel

A new book authored by Assistant Professor Dr. Fares Ahmed Aldulaimi, a faculty member at the College of Law and Political Science at Alnoor University, has been published under the title (Selected Rulings of the Nineveh Court of Appeal in Its Cassation Capacity).
The book includes a selection of judicial decisions issued by the Nineveh Court of Appeal in its capacity as a Court of Cassation during 2025, within the civil section. It reviews the most significant rulings concerning applications submitted before its courts and the Enforcement Department, while outlining the legal principles contained therein.
