In its ongoing effort to support scientific research and strengthen academic rigor, Alnoor University, through the College of Law and Political Science, has issued a new edition of Alnoor Journal of Legal Studies, which is the fourth issue of the second volume.
The issue included fifteen peer-reviewed scientific papers, covering nine studies in law and others in related fields, presented by a distinguished group of researchers and academics from Iraqi and Arab universities. They addressed contemporary legal issues and contributed to enriching the legal library with solid and up-to-date studies.
The publication of this issue comes as a reaffirmation of Alnoor University’s commitment to promoting scientific research and academic publishing, supporting researchers, and providing a scholarly platform that contributes to the development of legal studies and keeps pace with legislative and judicial developments, serving the community and enhancing the university’s academic standing.
