A lecturer from the University of Alnoor publishes a research paper in the field of judicial expertise in a peer-reviewed academic journal

The Journal of Nineveh for Legal Studies, issued by the College of Law at the University of Nineveh, has published a new scientific research paper by Dr. Fares Ahmed Aldulaimi, Assistant Professor at the College of Law and Political Science at the University of Alnoor, entitled:
(Judicial expertise within the framework of international courts)
The research addressed the subject of judicial expertise as an important technical and legal instrument relied upon by international judiciary in resolving disputes, highlighting the role of experts in supporting international judicial bodies with specialized information that contributes to the achievement of justice.
The research also reviewed the legal frameworks governing the use of judicial expertise in international courts, the mechanisms for selecting experts, and the limits of their role, in addition to highlighting the challenges facing this type of expertise in light of the development and increasing complexity of international cases.
This scientific achievement comes to confirm the presence of faculty members of the University of Alnoor in academic forums, and their effective contribution to enriching legal scientific research at both the local and international levels.
