A faculty member from Alnoor University delivers a lecture in a preparatory course for the Nineveh Lawyers’ Assignment Commission

At the invitation of the Ninawa Lawyers’ Assignment Authority, Assistant Professor Dr. Fares Ahmed Aldulaimi, a faculty member at the College of Law and Political Science at Alnoor University, participated in the scientific seminar held as part of the qualifying course for candidates seeking membership in the Iraqi Bar Association, supervised by the Ninawa Lawyers’ Assignment Authority. He delivered a lecture on the Iraqi Personal Status Law No. 188 of 1959, covering both theoretical and practical aspects of the cases under the jurisdiction of the Personal Status Court and the proper drafting of such lawsuits.
