A Faculty Member from the College of Law Publishes a Book on the Legal System of Litigation Procedures    

Lecturer Zainab Ahmed Al-Ani, an assistant professor at the College of Law at Alnoor University and affiliated with the Department of Continuing Education at the University’s Presidency, has published a new book titled "The Legal System of Litigation Procedures before the International Court of Justice." The book emphasizes that parties involved in any dispute that threatens international peace and security are required to seek its resolution through various means, including judicial settlement, in accordance with the United Nations Charter. This book is published by Mashki Publishing House in Nineveh.
