A faculty member at Alnoor University unveils the philosophical foundations of family law in a scientific research paper.

Dr. Ranaa Saad Shaker Al-Soufi, a faculty member at the College of Law at Alnoor University and the Secretary of the University Council, has published a new scientific research paper that discusses the principles upon which the civil Law is based.
The paper is titled The Philosophical Foundations of the Formulation of Personal Status Law, and it was published in the Tikrit University Journal of Law, a peer-reviewed academic journal.
