In the presence of Professor Dr. Yaseen Taha Alhajjar, President of Alnoor University, the Legal Clinic and Continuing Education Unit at the College of Law and Political Science at the university held, on the morning of Tuesday, December 2, 2025, a specialized educational session addressing the practical provisions of the Civil Procedures Law and litigation procedures before the courts.
The session was supervised by Dr. Muhammad Saeed Alrahu and Dr. Fares Ahmed Aldulaimi, faculty members of the college, while the lecture was delivered by Judge Maad Abdul Wahab, who reviewed the main practical issues in applying the law and explained the litigation mechanisms according to the established legal frameworks, illustrating with examples of cases and procedures followed in Iraqi courts. The session was attended by Professor Dr. Ismail Abdul Wahab, Scientific Assistant to the University President, as well as the Dean of the College of Education, the Dean of the College of Law and Political Science, and the Scientific Advisor.
This session comes as part of the college’s programs aimed at enhancing the students’ legal knowledge and linking the theoretical aspect with practical application in the judicial environment.
