Cultural diversity as a topic for a scientific activity for the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Alnoor University

The College of Law and Political Science at Alnoor University held a scientific activity on the morning of Tuesday, 14/10/2025, entitled (Cultural Diversity in Iraq: Challenges of Authority and Opportunities for Coexistence) in collaboration between the Continuing Education and Human Rights Units at the college and the Iraqi Center for Documenting Extremism Crimes The activity included the opening of an exhibition showcasing students’ outputs, along with the delivery of two lectures. The first lecture was presented by Professor Dr. Qais Nasser Rahi on Cultural Diversity and the Challenge of Authority, and the second was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Mustafa Dean of the College of Law and Political Science at Alnoor University, on Cultural Diversity and Opportunities for Coexistence At the end of the event, certificates and shields were awarded to the participants. Prior to the scientific gathering, the university was visited by a guest delegation from the Iraqi Center for Documenting Extremism Crimes, who met with Assistant President of Alnoor University for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Ismail Abdulwahab, in his official office.
