the College of Law at the University of Duhok, entitled: \u201cThe Legal System of Administrative Licensing in the Field of Investment \u2013 The Residential Project License as a Model<br \/>Dr. Bashar Rasheed\u2019s contribution came within the framework of scientific cooperation and the exchange of academic expertise between Iraqi universities, and in support of the advancement of
