DOAJ represents a pivotal step towards joining the global Scopus database, as acceptance in DOAJ is considered one of the essential requirements and positive indicators that support the journal\u2019s path to obtaining subsequent international accreditations.<br \/>The journal is distinguished by offering publication to researchers completely free of charge, reflecting its mission to support researchers, encourage open scientific publishing, and expand access to legal knowledge without financial barriers.<br \/>The editorial board confirmed that this achievement will enhance the international dissemination of the research published in the journal, elevate the ranking of Alnoor University and its research standing, and open broader horizons for scientific collaboration and
