morning of Sunday, July 20, 2025, attended by Professor Dr. Ismail Abdulwahhab Ismail Assistant President of Alnoor University for Scientific Affairs, along with the deans of the Colleges of Law and Rights from universities in Nineveh Governorate, members of the preparatory committee, and the media advisor of Alnoor University. The meeting addressed the essential requirements of the conference, which is sponsored and supported by Alnoor University, including its title, themes, timing, venue, mechanisms for inviting
