Journal for Legal Studies, featuring eight rigorous legal research papers. The issue opens with a scholarly article contributed by the Dean of the College of Law at the University of Nineveh. The remaining articles were authored by researchers from various Iraqi universities, including Al-Qasim Al-Khadraa, Samarra, Nineveh, Mosul, Maysan, and Alnoor University. Additionally, the issue includes two academic papers from Nigeria published in English.\nIt is worth noting that Alnoor Journal for Legal Studies is an open-access journal that publishes research free
