The thesis, submitted to the College of Law and Political Science at the Iraqi University, was titled \"Amnesty Within the Framework of International Law.\"<br \/>The defense, held on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, was chaired by Professor Dr. Basheer Jumaa Abduljabbar. Other committee members included Assistant Professor Dr. Osama Yousif Najm and Assistant Professor Dr. Jameel Hussein Al-Dhamin, who also served as the
